For those of you who have never expierienced the joys of dramacon:

This is a short, 3 volume manga. It is written by Svetlana Chmakova, who you may know as the author of Cosmo Girl Magazine's "Adventures of Cosmo Girl".

Basically, each volume is set in an anime convention, called "Yattacon". The story focuses on a "mary sue" character, Christie, and her love life drama after bumping into a mysterious guy, Matt, who always wears sunglasses. (Well... more like she ran directly AT him and started to cry all over his extremely pretty jacket)
However, Christie already has a boyfriend. Who tries to rape her one night out of the blue. Thus, Christie runs away and Matt comes to the rescue and beats the pulp out of Christie's boyfriend.

And I totally just totally spoiled a good portion of volume one. Oh goodie. ^^



So... where does Sandra come in all of this?
Sandra is Matt's sister, and also the reason why Matt has to come to Yattacon every year. She runs an amazing costume shop named D'elusion. At first, Christie had a nervous breakdown because she thought Sandra was Matt's girlfriend. However, after meeting her, the two of them become really close. Sandra extends her protective wing of "big sister-ness" to Christie as well.
